More clinics are being brought to Nelson, Colne, Blackburn, Brierfield and Burnley to give people the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. This comes as Blackburn with Darwen has recorded the highest rate of new cases of Covid-19 in the UK with a rate of 416.2 cases per 100,000.
