Tuesday into Wednesday morning will be the time to prepare for high winds, coastal flooding (possibly the highest in two years), heavy rain and even a little snow. A powerful nor easter has its sights for the Northeast and while southeastern New Jersey will not get the one to two feet of snow expected in the far northern parts of the state, there will be issues to contend with closer to home.
