SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Bravo Property Fund REIT [BUL:BPY] said on Monday that its shareholders have endorsed its plan to distribute an additional gross dividend of 0.0404 levs ($0.024/0.021 euro) per share for 2020, after paying 0.04 levs per share for the first half of the year. The proposal was supported by all shareholders present at the meeting held on Monday, Bravo Property Fund REIT said in a statement. The company s net profit fell to 2.2 million levs in 2020 from 3.1 million levs in 2019. Shares in Bravo Property Fund REIT last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.14 levs.
