(“Shaw”) announces the filing of a management information circular dated April 14, 2021 (the “Circular”) and related meeting and proxy materials, which will be mailed to holders of Shaw’s Class A Participating Shares (“Class A Shares”) and Class B Non-Voting Participating Shares (“Class B Shares”) in connection with the proposed business combination with Rogers Communications Inc. (“Rogers”).
