WORLEY, Idaho A $27.5 million home in Worley, Idaho along Lake Coeur d’Alene is Idaho’s most expensive home sold on the public market, according to an article by Mansion Global.
The 18-acre property was listed in August for $30 million and was sold two months later, according to the article. It’s located on Windy Bay Road.
The property, known as Sky Pine Estate, includes a 16,620-square-foot home, a 2,400-square-foot boathouse that houses eight watercrafts, an outdoor patio, private helipad and two hangars at the Coeur d’Alene Airport, according to the home’s listing.
“It has the feel of a resort from the entry down a long, gated driveway to the front door, beneath a protected portico,” the listing said. “All that’s missing is the parking valet.”
