Positive GDP recorded for third quarter of 2020

Thursday, 24 December 2020 - 16:43 The Census and Statistics Department has released estimated Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at current price and at constant (2010) price in Production approach and other macroeconomic indicators for the third quarter (01 July to 30 September) of 2020. The Department stated that in the third quarter, a 1.5% of positive growth rate was recorded in the economy for the first time for the year 2020 as the public returned to the new-normality and carry out business activities.
