UPDATE:
MOORHEAD, MINN. (KFGO) – No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Moorhead but the downtown Dairy Queen was damaged and forced to shut down business for the day.
Police say a pickup was at the traffic light on Main Avenue at 8th Street facing westbound adjacent to the DQ. A car traveling eastbound on Main Avenue crossed the center lanes at 8th Street and struck the pickup on the passenger side and hit the Dairy Queen building against the Dairy Queen building. Police say the driver of the car is believed to have fallen asleep at wheel. Brandon Wanner, 21, of Fargo, was cited for careless driving.
