Russia Seminar 2020 – Call for papers National Defence University Press release The Finnish National Defence University will organise the annual Russia Seminar on 2 April 2020. The call for papers now welcomes abstracts for presentations relating to the seminar’s themes. Convening for the third time, the Russia Seminar involves discussing the security policy of Russia and the developments in this field of research. Expected to be attended by circa 250 participants, the seminar will be streamed online in real time. The working language of the seminar is English. All presentation material should rest on non-restricted public-domain sources. With Russia’s perception of deterrence and restraint as its main theme, the seminar programme comprises two keynote speeches that open and close the seminar day.
