It’s “almost” like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Drama Queen) is far more interested in
being Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez than going about the daily business of representing New York’s 14th Congressional District. Case in point: her melodramatic Instagram post in which she claimed she thought she “was going to die” during the U.S. Capitol riot last week.
Earlier this week, AOC told her fan-bots in one of her never-ending Instagramaganzas she “narrowly escaped death,” hyperbolically claiming the “close encounter” shook her deeply.
“I did not know if I was going to make it to the end of that day alive. Not just in a general sense, but in a very, very specific sense. I had a very close encounter where I thought I was going to die.”

I’m generally amused by “rich people” telling us how obscene it is for the rest of us to be “rich.” Denizens of Planet Hollywood Looney Tunes come to mind. Then we have the ultra-rich; the rich people whose net worth statements begin with a “B” vs. a measly “M.”
One such billionaire is Laurene Powell Jobs, the widow of Apple founder Steve Jobs, who not only clocks in somewhere north of $27.5 billion but also believes “there’s nothing fair about accumulating a massive amount of wealth” as the world’s 35th richest person pontificated earlier this year during an interview with The New York Times.

The Paul brothers are becoming a staple of the combat sports world. Like it or not, there’s big money in boxing with these YouTubers, and everyone from Ben Askren to Amanda Nunes is willing to chase that (seemingly) easy payday. Of course, if a fighter contracted to the UFC wants to compete outside of the Octagon, they need approval from Dana White.
It doesn’t seem likely, as the UFC President has made it clear he is not a fan. On the “SHOUT!” Buffalo podcast, White doubled down on trashing the Paul brothers.
