A 24-year old San Antonio woman charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of a bicyclist in April now faces a wrongful death lawsuit.
The children of Beatrice “Bea” Gonzalez, 44, are seeking damages of at least $20 million from the driver accused of causing her death, Samantha Leigh Castillo, and the “Unknown Bar X” that served alcohol to Castillo before the accident, according to the lawsuit.
