Article content We’re all feeling COVID exhaustion.  Restrictions, masks and distancing has an effect on us all.  It’s difficult to find the time, but we all need to practice self-care.  Take a walk, plan a workout or participate in a bit of online retail therapy (many of our local businesses now offer curbside pickup).
