HÀ NỘI A playground for children will open in Đông Anh Town today with support of the European Union and the British Council (BC).
The project,
Sân Chơi Nỏ Thần, or Magic CrossBow Playground, is implemented by the BC and the Việt Nam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies.
The playground is built 5km from the ancient Cổ Loa Citadel with the magic crossbow legend that has been woven into the history of Vietnamese people.

Saymah is working on a handloom when I visit her family’s craft shop. She is among the experienced weavers of the Chăm community in Phũm Soài Village in Tân Châu District. Her husband, Mohamad, is the third generation of a family pursuing traditional handloom weaving. Their shop is small but full of handloom fabrics with colourful and charming patterns. Weaving is the language they use to create stories from threads.

Looking it up later, I was even more impressed by the concept and the menu. Etesia is a “kitchen counter” restaurant serving contemporary European cuisine, with chefs at work in a fully open kitchen. Countertop dining has been heating up the restaurant scene in major cities around the world. It’s a place to see the kitchen, the chefs, and the action and to be seen. Etesia’s Executive Chef Benjamin Morelle has experience as a sous chef at a 1-star Michelin restaurant in Paris.

HÀ NỘI For Vietnamese products to enter foreign distribution channels, it was necessary to be more professional and stable in product quality, said experts.
Foreign supermarkets such as Aeon, Lotte or MM Mega Market, which are operating in Việt Nam, are effective distribution channels to help consume and export Vietnamese goods. However, it seems that Vietnamese businesses have not taken advantage of it.
In order for Vietnamese products to be sold through foreign distribution channels, the criteria for product quality and food safety and hygiene are a priority.
