ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. The Ballwin Police Department has canceled an Endangered Silver Advisory after a missing woman was found safe.
Police said the woman, who has dementia, was reported missing after she was last seen climbing out of a window at the West County Care Center sometime from 2:30-3:30 a.m. Thursday.
Police announced Friday morning that she was found safe by St. Louis County police and taken to an area hospital.
