Heppard, 31.Provided Facebook Share Van Buren, N.Y. A man caught on camera robbing a Baldwinsville-area bank has been arrested, troopers said. Travis J. Heppard, 31, of Baldwinsville, has been charged with robbing the Fulton Savings Bank at 7471 State Fair Blvd. in Van Buren. He was arrested Monday by the New York State Police after a six-day investigation. Heppard walked into the bank around 12:30 p.m. Feb. 23 and passed a teller a note demanding money and threatening to use a gun, troopers said. A teller handed over money, troopers said, and Heppard fled from the store.
