Lysander, N.Y. A 44-year-old man who police say fired the fatal shot that killed a father in Lysander last week has made bail, according to Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick.
William Kratz, 44, of Baldwinsville, had been assigned $75,000 cash bail or $150,000 bond after being charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon for having a “ghost gun.”
One person is dead and another in custody after a shooting in Lysander It happened around midnight on Cold Springs road. State Police say a neighbor in an upper apartment shot 44-year-old William Delany and his 27-year-old son during a dispute. Delany died. The neighbor is in custody.
