Police investigate Bury St Edmunds garage arson attack

Board recommends rezoning for Duncan Hill Road apartments

Board recommends rezoning for Duncan Hill Road apartments The Hendersonville Planning Board unanimously recommended City Council rezone property that would allow a proposed apartment development on Duncan Hill Road to move forward. At the same meeting earlier this week, the board didn t make a recommendation on a proposal to add more parking spaces at Pardee Hospital. If approved, the apartment development would include seven three-story, 12-unit buildings on 8.6 acres. There would be 15 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 21 three-bedroom apartments. There would also be a gazebo, playgrounds and a community center. A community center would house the office, laundry facility and a computer lab. All areas of the development would be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

Automotive wrecking business closed | Brimbank & North West

225873 01 A St Albans man has been charged with numerous offences as a result of an investigation into the handling of allegedly stolen vehicles at an automotive wrecking business in Sunshine North. Police executed a search at a Baldwin Avenue address on January 27 following information the business had allegedly been operating in contravention of the Second Hand Dealers Act. Multiple items were seized during a search of the business, including a stolen 2000 Mercedes A190, a stolen Ford AU Fairmont and a de-identified motorcycle. A 35-year-old St Albans man was subsequently charged with a range of offences, including handling stolen goods, possess/negligently deal with proceeds of crime, fail to keep accurate records, buy unidentified vehicle for scrap and fail to notify authority of change of address.
