Great Yarmouth councillors approve 112 homes on coast

This included eight two-bed flats, 35 two-bed houses, 43 three-bed houses and 24 four-bed houses - with the developer vowing to make room for open spaces throughout. According to planning officer Gordon Sutherland, the proposal is sustainable, with utility services and the doctor s surgery confirming they could cope with extra demand.
