Trenton sanitation employee stored stolen equipment at vacant property, cops say Updated 1:47 PM; A verbal dispute at a vacant property in Trenton led to the arrest of a city sanitation department employee after police officers found over 100 power tools at the location. Paul Bethea, 61, is charged with one count of receiving stolen property after police discovered two of the items, snow blowers, were reported stolen last year from another city property, the police department said in a statement. Police are now investigating the origin of the other 168 items, mostly landscaping tools. Bethea had apparently been storing them in the location on the 600 block of Prospect Street for the past six months.
