STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. This afternoon at Inca’s Grill Peruvian Kitchen in Grant City, Cesar Franco packed up delivery orders of rotisserie chicken with sangrias and Pisco sours, a frothy Peruvian cocktail. He’s determined to stay open tonight and tomorrow, despite the snow.

Dick’s Deli comes back to Castleton Avenue as Dickie’s Deli

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Dick’s Deli closed in West Brighton in March. But it will reopen under new ownership as Dickie’s Deli on Thursday, Dec. 17, regardless of the snow situation.
Paul DiSpirito of a 14-year running Lioni Italian Heroes in Brooklyn comes to Staten Island to pick up where the Benfante family left off in the spring.
“We’re keeping the name. We’re keeping the recipes. We have the same salads,” said DiSpirito.
