Wilmington police investigate a Saturday morning shooting

Wilmington police have made an arrest in connection to a Saturday morning shooting in the city s Hilltop section.
Police say 36-year-old Luis Torres shot a 46-year-old man just after 11:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of W. Fifth St., near Harrison Street.
Police said the victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
He became the sixth shooting victim in the city this week. Three of those victims were killed.
