Drumming and Strumming for Shanklin Theatre. TELEVISION stars and Island musicians are among the line up for a virtual charity concert in aid of Shanklin Theatre. Drumming and Strumming will star musician Paul Armfield, Isle of Wight blues band Black Daniels, It Ain’t Half Hot Mum star Melvyn Hayes and John Challis, who played Boycie in Only Fools and Horses. The concert, organised to raise money for the theatre, will premiere on Facebook and YouTube, on Thursday, April 22.

Isle of Wight band Panda Swim. A BUMPER crop of Isle of Wight musicians are to line up for an online festival this Easter. The Easter Island Music Eggstravaganza will bring performers from all over the Isle of Wight together for a four-hour internet show on Easter Monday afternoon.
Paul Armfield, Angelina and Panda Swim are among the artists scheduled to showcase their tunes from 1pm on Easter Monday.
