“霉苋菜梗很有可能就是导致患者中毒的罪魁祸首。”郑医生一边让护士给患者抽血化验，一边立即用美蓝对患者进行解毒治疗。不一会儿，何阿姨神志转清，随后皮肤也恢复了正常。
“抽血化验结果显示患者体内高铁血红蛋白高达54%，超出正常指标几十倍，中毒已经很深了，好在抢救用药及时，不然后果不堪设想。”郑佳解释称，之所以能这么快诊断是因为近一周丁桥院区已经接诊了4位因食用霉苋菜梗中毒的患者。
事后，何阿姨表示，引发中毒这批苋菜梗是她五天前腌制的，当时她打开腌缸看着绿油油的苋菜梗，非常好看诱人，经不住嘴馋的她，于是取出了一些蒸了下，谁知美味却变成了“毒药”。
