He likes to call it his “little music show.”
Even so, Robert Moore’s “Sonic Spectrum,” a show as admirably accessible to the masses as it remains intensely personal to its creator/host, has spanned more than 19 years at three successive Kansas City radio stations, including the show’s latest incarnation from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturdays on listener-supported public station KTBG-FM, 90.9 The Bridge. (The Bridge is the radio operation of Kansas City PBS, parent of Flatland.)

The Government is defending the law governing returning terror suspects as tough enough, even though it gives law enforcement no power to detain someone at the border.
The likely arrival of 25-year Suhayra Aden raises questions about New Zealand s anti-terrorism laws and whether they will provide the level of national security promised by the prime minister.

These were the words of school teacher Corinthian Nutter during her legendary fight against the state of Kansas to integrate South Park Elementary School in Merriam.
Nutter linked arms with white Jewish housewife Esther Brown in the 1940s to give Black children, as Brown put it, “a fair shake.” Through threats and jeering, the unlikely pair left a lasting mark on Merriam.
Nike announced several large contributions it will be making to local organizations. The grants focus on programs that bolster education, economic empowerment, and social justice.

Do not approach the Auckland MPs. Few are more diligent about enforcing the Prime Minister s Covid edicts than the Speaker, and so he issued orders to ensure Auckland MPs returning to Wellington could remain in their level 2 bubbles while everyone around them swung about at level 1.
