Teens throw eggs at house: Rocky River Police Blotter

At 9:20 p.m. May 8, a resident reported that someone had just thrown an egg at his house. Officers found several eggs broken in front of the resident’s house, as well as on the front window. A witness reported seeing teens in the area prior to the egging.
Crash: Hilliard Boulevard
At 11:20 p.m. May 7, a two-car crash was reported near Lakeview Avenue. A fire hydrant, electrical box and the two cars involved sustained disabling damage. The driver of one car was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The crash is under investigation.

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – An investigation into the conduct of five Rocky River High School teachers expanded after a former student accused a sixth teacher at the school of past inappropriate behavior toward her.
The school district has provided scant details of the incidents that led to the investigation and eventual resignation or retirement of the six teachers about two weeks ago despite assurances of transparency.

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio Rocky River parents held a rally Thursday outside of the Board of Education building to voice their concerns ahead of a special school board meeting. The executive session was held by the board to address allegations that several high school teachers were speaking inappropriately about a student.

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WOIO) - Rocky River Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered woman.

She was removed from her nursing home without permission or walked away from the building, police said.
Police said Morgan stays at Bickford of Rocky River, located on Detroit Road.
