THE Denbighshire Free Press recently ran a competition to give away a bunch of flowers for Mother s Day. We asked readers to nominate their mums and give us a reason why they think their mum should receive the flowers. The winner, nominated by daughter Eleanor Rowlands from Corwen was Barbara Corbett, who is also from the Town. Eleanor described her mum as her hero, queen and best friend . She added: I am grateful for everything she does for me and my kids. 2 years ago was very very poorly but has come back stronger than ever. I love her to the moon and back.
