YPSILANTI, MI Ypsilanti officials want people to add their voices to the ongoing conversation surrounding designs to reduce speeding on city streets.
The Washtenaw Area Traffic Study has partnered with the city of Ypsilanti for the “Route Ypsilanti” project this summer that will focus on traffic calming solutions.
Four areas in Ypsilanti are the focus of the non-motorized traffic safety project East Cross Street from North Prospect Road to North River Street, North Prospect Road from Cross Street to north city limits, North Mansfield Street from Washtenaw Avenue to South Congress Street and 2nd Avenue from Michigan Avenue to Monroe Avenue.
