Checking the car for the vehicle’s registration, he saw a cellophane bag on the vehicle floor that contained a green leafy substance that looked and smelled like cannabis. Also on the floor was a package of rolling paper, he reported.

DENMARK, SC. (WRDW/WAGT) - Two law enforcement agencies are asking for the publicâs help to find a man who was last seen on January 14.
The Denmark Police Department and Bamberg County Sheriffâs Office are looking for Solomon Ray who was last seen at his home on Voorhees Road last week around 1 p.m.
Ray is 99-year-old, has grey to balding hair, blue-brown eyes, is 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
Officials say Ray is diagnosed with dementia and has hearing and visual impairments.

Bamberg, 57, recently took the oath as Bamberg County’s sheriff.
“We’re going to do what we’re supposed to do: accountability and responsibility. We’re going to enforce the law and be fair, firm and consistent. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, who your family is, doesn’t matter,” Bamberg said moments after taking office.
