Some Cumbrians not taking up coronavirus vaccine invite

Some Cumbrians not taking up coronavirus vaccine invite Not all Cumbrians eligible to receive the coronavirus vaccine have taken up the invite to have the jab. At a meeting of Cumbria County Council’s scrutiny advisory board on adult care Stephen Harlesden, deputy leader of the Conservative group, asked how many people in each eligible category had been given the vaccine. He said: “I assume everyone from the first intake of people eligible to take the jab – including health workers themselves – are being asked to go along to Furness General Hospital to get their jabs? “The county council’s report today says that only the majority are doing so.
