A cheap conversion of a family home in Salford which residents rallied against will not go ahead as plans to turn it into four rooms for rent have been refused.
Plans for a house in multiple occupation (HMO) at the semi-detached property in Delamere Avenue were thrown out by councillors on Thursday (March 4).
