WHITESBORO, N.Y. With heavy rains expected in the viewing area, Whitesboro, Whitestown and State DOT crews are on standby for possible flooding, again. It s an ongoing nightmare, says Whitesboro Mayor Bob Friedlander. Everyone is working their best to solve this.
At this point all the town and village can do is remove existing debris from the Sauquoit Creek and then be on alert in case more comes down stream.
