is actively tendering for more than RM2bil worth of infrastructure projects and building construction works throughout Malaysia.
Group managing director Tan Sri Sufri Mohd Zin said the company’s current construction orderbook of RM1.5bil would sustain it until 2023.
“The outstanding construction orderbook include the Pan Borneo Highway project, Mass Rapid Transit 2 and Light Rail Transit 3 projects, high-rise mixed-use and residential projects in Putrajaya, as well as the construction of Mara Junior Science College in Ranau, Sabah, among others.
“The total contract value of ongoing projects amounts to RM3bil, ” he said in a statement.
Sufri added that TRC aimed to replenish its pipeline projects by targeting more opportunities across the peninsula, Sabah and Sarawak.

Kota Kinabalu: Pertubuhan Rumpun Etnik Sabah (Presbah) urged the Government not to let people who have registered through MySejahtera for Covid-19 vaccination to wait for too long to get it as they may get fed up of waiting and feel discouraged to proceed with it.

In its Asian Development Outlook 2021 (ADO) April edition released today, the bank said Malaysia’s economy is expected to rebound strongly in 2021, supported by the rollout of Covid-19 vaccines, a more stable business environment, and accommodative policies.
It said in line with the growth recovery, inflation will return in the near term and the current account surplus will narrow, mostly on strengthening imports.

In its Asian Development Outlook 2021 (ADO) April edition, the bank said that recovering consumer and capital spendings are set to revive domestic activity, while a pickup in global demand should boost exports and foreign investment. Growth in private consumption will be underpinned by government stimulus packages and further supported by an effective vaccination program, it said.
