Herkimer BOCES Pathways Academy goes virtual after students test positive for COVID-19
The Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES Pathways Academy in Ilion switched to virtual learning Friday after two students tested positive for COVID-19.

ILION, N.Y. – The Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES Pathways Academy in Ilion switched to virtual learning Friday after two students tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Superintendent Sandra R. Sherwood, the students were at the school on Thursday, Feb. 4, left midday to get tested, and received the positive results that afternoon.
The Pathways Academy will remain remote until Feb. 22, after winter break.
Herkimer BOCES is working with the health department on contact tracing.
