James Marsters has split from Patricia Jasmin Rahman.
The ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ star’s wife filed documents at the Los Angeles County Court on Wednesday (03.02.21) to end their marriage after 10 years together, TMZ reports.
James and Patricia met in Amsterdam at a concert, many years before James eventually got down on one knee in May 2010 in Trier, Germany. The couple then married in a private civil ceremony in Los Angeles in January 2011, recently celebrating their 10 year anniversary together.
Before James was with Patricia, he was married to Liane Davidson. He split from his former spouse in 1997, eight years after they got together and they share 24-year-old son Sullivan.

VIA Rail Canada has reported reaching tentative agreements on a two-year contract renewal for more than 2,400 of its employees, who are represented by Unifor and serve as maintenance workers, on-board service personnel, chefs, sales agents and customer service staff.
The agreements are subject to ratification by VIA Rail’s Unifor members; voting is expected in the coming weeks. Unifor is Canada’s largest union in the private sector.

Unifor and Via Rail announced Saturday they had reached a deal in principle to renew the collective agreement of more than 2,400 workers.
The deal covers maintenance staff, on-board personnel, chefs, salespeople and customer service agents at Via Rail, said the union, explaining it would see advances in workers’ rights. “With the current pandemic situation, our members are greatly affected,” said Unifor Quebec manager Renaud Gagné.

The two sides did not reveal the details of the agreement. They will be first presented to members, with votes in the coming weeks.

VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) has reached tentative agreements for a two-year contract renewal of the collective agreements with Unifor, the union representing more than 2,400 VIA Rail employees in stations, on board trains, in maintenance centers and administrative offices.
These tentative agreements are subject to ratification vote by VIA Rail‘s Unifor members.
“We are pleased to have reached these agreements and look forward to their ratification,” said Patricia Jasmin, interim Chief Employee Experience Officer. “This encouraging step reflects the commitment and hard work both parties have demonstrated throughout this process.”
