WE WERE ON THE PORCH, HAVING FUN. THE FUND TURNED DEADLY WHEN THE 73-YEAR-OLD GRANDMOTHER, THE UNINTENDED TARGET IN A NEIGHBORHOOD SHOOTING. A LITTLE, YOUNG BOY FOR NO REASON. SHE DID NOT DESERVE IT. MY MOTHER WAS A GREAT LADY. SHE WAS LOVED BY EVERYONE. SHE TREATED EVERYONE AS HER CHILD. EVERYONE CALLED HER GRANDMA. SUGAR LAND, Texas (KTRK) The man wanted for allegedly shooting his mother-in-law to death Thursday night in Cypress was located Saturday evening in Sugar Land.
Harris County Sheriff s SWAT team found 32-year-old Gregorio Gaytan behind a strip center near Highway 6 and Settlers Boulevard around 5 p.m.
A single gunshot was heard as SWAT team members held a secure perimeter around Gaytan. Moments later, he was found dead with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Gregorio Gaytan, wanted in Thursday night’s slaying of a woman on Loyola Dr in Cypress, has been located in the Sugarland area. He was found behind a strip center located near Hwy 6 & Settlers Way. The shooting happened Thursday just before 9 p.m. on Loyola Drive near Huffmeister. We were watching TV, then we heard some shots like six or seven, neighbor Sergio Gonzalez said.
Harris County sheriff s deputies say the suspect is 32-year-old Gregorio Gaytan.

The incident started with a fight between Gaytan and his wife at their home, according to deputies. The couple had reportedly been having marital problems.
Two weeks later, Nathan says the pain of grief remains a rollercoaster for him.
He opened his home to ABC13, sharing memories, the struggle of sorrow and what s next for his children s legacy. My family and the community and my friends have really been there for me, and I think that s what has helped, he explained of how he is finding comfort.

It was a difficult day for loved ones of a Sugar Land family saying goodbye to four relatives, three of them children, who were killed in a fire during last month's winter storm.
