People are funny. They make us smile by what they say and do. It is a great pleasure for me to write about the people I know because of the joy they bring to my life. I want to report on things that make me laugh in the hope that they make you laugh, too. Proverbs 17.22 states: A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. So, sometimes, I focus on hilarity. If you think about it, many of the people you know are hilarious. And, so are you.
The mother of a 6-year-old was very concerned because her daughter came home from Sunday school and reported, My new Sunday school teacher has no morals. The first time it happened, the mother just shrugged the comment off. But the second time her daughter suggested that the new teacher had no morals, the mother had to explore the matter further.

NORTH CANTON Anne Margaret Bruno, 99, formerly of Hermitage, Pa. and Youngstown, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Windsor Medical Center, North Canton. As she was a strong and remarkable woman, she lived in senior independent living until she was 98 years old.
Mrs. Bruno was born March 15, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Luigi and Mary Centofanti Mangie. She was a 1940 graduate of the former Woodrow Wilson High School, Youngstown. Education was extremely important to her, but unfortunately she was unable to attend university. Instead, it was her goal that her three children would have college educations, and she made sure this goal was accomplished.
