SKOPJE (North Macedonia), April 22 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based Stopanska Banka Bitola [MSE:SBT] said that it booked a net profit of 6.1 million denars ($119,000/98,900 euro) in the first three months of the year after recording a 16.9 million denars net loss in the same period a year before.
Net interest income rose 11.3% on the year to 74.6 million denars, while net fee and commission income grew 11.5% to 35.5 million denars in the January-March period, the bank said in a financial statement filed with the Skopje bourse on Wednesday.
Net financial asset impairment losses decreased to 14.8 million denars in the first quarter of 2021 from 28.7 million denars in the like period a year before.

SKOPJE (North Macedonia), February 24 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia s Stopanska Banka Bitola [MSE:SBT] said on Wednesday that its net profit jumped to 81.4 million denars ($1.6 million/1.3 million euro) in 2020 from 17 million denars a year earlier.
Net interest income was flattish at 291 million denars, while net fee and commission income grew 21.7% on the year to 137.6 million denars in 2020, the bank said in an annual financial statement filed with the Skopje bourse.
Net financial asset impairments turned to a positive 23 million denars last year from a negative 69 million denars in 2019.
