Harassment claims under investigation ELLSWORTH Officers fielded a number of recent harassment complaints from local residents. They issued a cease harassment order in one case on March 6 and warned two people not to return to an Ellsworth property in another incident on March 8.  Additional complaints came in on March 2, where a report of phone harassment was addressed with no charges, and on March 3, in which the alleged harassment was documented in the event of further problems. On March 4, a phone harassment complaint from a local woman was traced to the father of her child. The man lives in Massachusetts, complicating the issue, Officer Robert Angelo noted.
