Romania s Alro Group unit to invest 10 mln euro in new aluminium extrusion line Source: Vimetco Extrusion
BUCHAREST (Romania), March 10 (SeeNews) - Vimetco Extrusion, a downstream subsidiary of Romania s Alro Group, is investing 10 million euro ($81 million) in an automatic extrusion line for aluminium profiles, the group s flagship company Alro [BSE: ALR] said on Wednesday.
This project is financed both through commercial credit and bank credit for investments, Alro said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.
The new extrusion line which is to be installed at Vimetco s plant in Slatina is expected to generate cost-savings and increased operational efficiency for the company.
