The highflying Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited were stunned by a shocking 1-3 goals defeat to the bottom-placed Arambagh Krira Sangha in their 15th match of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital.
Sheikh Jamal Gambian forward Pa Omar Jobe gave a 1-0 lead in the 15th minute, but Arambagh Uzbe forward Islomjon Abdukadyrov restored the parity in the stoppage time of the first half.
After half time, midfielder Omar Faruq doubled the margin for Arambagh in the 54th minute while another forward Nihat Zaman Ucchash sealed the fate of the game in the 57th minute.

Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited started their campaign in the ongoing season’s curtain-raiser Walton Federation Cup 2020 with a 2-2 draw with Bangladesh Police Football Club in their first match of Group A at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital on Sunday.
Gambian defender Pa Omar Jobe and his compatriot forward Solomaon King Kanform scored one each for Sheikh Jamal in the 51st and 79th minutes respectively. Forward Md Shadin netted one in the 10th minute for Police FC while Sheikh Jamal defender Md Ariful Islam conceded a sucidical own goal 78th minute.
