These Arabs evidently understand what the anti-Israel activists around the world fail to see that Hamas has brought nothing but disaster and despair to the two million Palestinians living under its rule in the Gaza Strip.. [They] also seem to understand that Israel is not waging war on the Palestinians, but against an Islamist terrorist group...
These Arabs can also see that if one cares about the Palestinians, why would one want them ruled by terrorists who place weapons caches near hospitals and schools, and use children as human shields?
Criticism of Hamas does not make you anti-Palestinian; on the contrary, holding Hamas responsible for the violence and bloodletting actually serves the interests of the Palestinians.

Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) issued a book dedicated to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa marking Bahrain Press Day. It included the signatures of more than 200 journalists, media persons, writers, photographers and media students. BJA recalled with pride the royal directive issued in May 2014 to observe Bahrain Press Day on May 7 every year.
BJA Chairperson Ahdia Ahmed Al-Sayed said the book contained words written by the participants in the expression of their good feelings towards HM the King, the first supporter of journalism and journalists in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
She added the press community in the kingdom wanted through this book to show their feelings towards HM the King marking the historical occasion and keep the initiative carved in the national memory. She paid tribute to HM the King for his unlimited support to the press and media field in Bahrain.

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has praised the role of the print, audio, visual and electronic media.
His Majesty delivered a keynote address marking the World Press Freedom Day wherein he hailed their enlightenment, sense of responsibility, awareness and intellectual creativity. “This year’s celebration, under the theme “Information as a Public Good”, coincides with the 30th anniversary of the historic Windhoek Declaration,” he said, hailing the longstanding history of the national press and responsible media for their vital role over more than eight decades in spreading trues facts and information, and serving high national interests in total professionalism and objectivity.
