CLEVELAND, Ohio – Mayor Frank Jackson says he has no intention of slowing down over the remaining seven months of his term, despite his announcement Thursday that he will not seek re-election this year.
Jackson, already the longest serving mayor in Cleveland’s history, said he has a lot of unfinished business to address before he leaves office.
Key among that is how Cleveland will use $541 million from the federal American Rescue Plan Act, money which could transform Cleveland as a city and lift all its residents.
