Sutton Fire Logs, week of June 28-July 4 SUBMITTED BY THE SUTTON FIRE DEPARTMENT Monday, July 28 10:01 a.m.: Medical Emergency – Barnett Road 10:39 a.m.: Technical Rescue Town of Southbridge. The Tech Team was activated to respond to the town of Southbridge at Blackmere Road for the non-emergent animal rescue.  We were backed off in route as the animal had gotten freed up. 1:45 p.m.: Medical Emergency – Burbank Road 2:05 p.m.: Medical Assistance – Hartness Road 3:08 p.m.: Residential Fire Alarm – Waters Road. Duty crew responded to the residence for the reported fire alarm sounding with no answer on call back. Upon arrival the alarms were sounding and the home was checked. There was no issue and the alarm was reset.  Possibly set off by heat in the home from the day’s weather. Owner will get system looked at.
