Several Oklahoma City metro cities and school districts are feeling the effects of the winter storm, one week after it hit.
Union City said its water supplier, El Reno, is still working to turn the water back on for residents.
Although El Reno is working closer to city limits, Union City said it still doesn t know when residents will have water again. Once Union City gets the water from El Reno, it will still take time to get all the air out of the pipes.
Union City said it will do its best to have a fire truck posted up outside of the fire department so residents can come to fill up a bucket of water. This is not drinking water, but residents can use it to flush their toilets.
