Bulgaria s telecom authority suspends 5G auction Wednesday 17 March 2021 | 08:29 CET | News Bulgaria s Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) suspended the procedure for conducting a secret tender for the issuance of 5G licences in the 3.6 GHz band to the country s three operators, Vicacom, A1 and Telenor Bulgaria. The authority did so after examining the applications and because Vivacom started legal proceedings over the way the licences were assigned. CRC said it will take a decision on the case as soon as possible, for which it will provide additional information.
