Pinckney Hugo Group announced the following staff additions:
Megan Urban has been hired as senior art director. She previously worked as a creative services designer at
Aspen Dental Management Inc. She also gained experience in graphic design and marketing at
American Food & Vending,
State University College at Cortland. She lives in Syracuse.
LDJ Productions in New York City. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from

WCNY announced the following staff promotions:
Haley Dubnoff, of Fayetteville, was promoted to senior director, marketing, communications and creative services. Dubnoff joined WCNY in 2013 and previously held communications and public relations positions at the
United Way of Central New York and
Loretto. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from
Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Zappia is a political science and government graduate from the
State University College at Cortland, who has years of marketing and sales experience. Some of his previous positions include marketing consultant and project manager.
As account manager, Zappia will act as the link between the client and the agency in day-to-day communications as well as long-term strategy.
He resides in Syracuse and will be working at ABC Creative’s location at 235 Walton Street, Suite 201, in Syracuse.

Diana D. Breslav
Our beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend, Diana Dorothy Paris Breslav of Tamarac, Florida, passed away peacefully with family on Jan. 8, 2021 at University Hospital in Tamarac, Florida.
Diana was born Jan. 17, 1943 in Rochester, New York to Dorothy and Walter Paris. Diana graduated Wheatland-Chili High School in Scottsville, New York in 1960, where she was an active leader participating in the national honor society, planning social events, and as yearbook editor.
In 1964, Diana graduated from the State University College at Cortland (now SUNY Cortland), where she studied English and education, and was a member of the debate team. Diana loved her sorority sisters at Nu Sigma Chi.
