Love Island’s Jack Fowler heartbroken as friend tragically passes away in Ibiza By Emma M Image via Jack Fowler/Instagram Love Island’s Jack Fowler has shared a heartbreaking tribute to his friend who has tragically passed away in Ibiza. Taking to Instagram, the reality TV star announced that his friend Kevin Smith passed away in a swimming accident in Ibiza. Kevin, 35, is believed to have drowned while swimming in a cove near the popular resort of San Antonio, on Wednesday evening. According to The Metro, he came into difficulty while trying to take photos underwater, with his friend raising the alarm around 6.15pm. Paramedics reportedly attended the scene but unfortunately, were unable to save his life after pulling him from the water.
