4 people injured in shooting on North Church Street in Burlington

Four people suffered non-life-threatening injuries after an early Sunday morning shooting, according to police.   At 2:09 a.m., officers responded to 421 N. Church St. in reference to a shooting. Police said an altercation occurred inside the building, causing four people to be shot.  The victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.  Police are still investigating and didn t have any suspects as of 5 a.m. Sunday.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Burlington Police Department at (336) 229-3500. Burlington police: Shots fired on Morningside Drive

Updated: 6:35 PM EDT Jul 18, 2021 WXII12.com Web Staff Police are investigating after multiple shots were fired in Burlington Sunday afternoon.Police responded to the 2000 block of Morningside Drive just before 2 p.m. in reference to multiple reports of shots fired.Officers say so far, investigation has revealed multiple people were involved in the shooting. At this time, officers don t believe anyone was hurt during the incident, but several buildings were struck.Police say the shooting was not random and believe it was related to other shootings that have happened throughout Alamance County.Officers are asking for the public s help in this case.
