David was last seen on Wednesday, July 14, at 9:00 AM, leaving the 7500 block of Burlingame Ave SW in Byron Center in his car to run errands. The vehicle is a silver 2001 Dodge Dakota with Michigan plate EDP1538.
According to police, David left without his medication, and it is uncharacteristic for him to be gone this long.
David is described as a white male, 5 11 tall, 195 pounds, with long brown hair and a gray beard.
Anyone with any information on David s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.

KENT COUNTY, Mich. â Kent County deputies are looking for David Cook, 69, after he went missing Wednesday.
Cook was last seen Wednesday at 9 a.m. leaving the 7500 block of Burlingame Ave SW in his silver 2001 Dodge Dakota to run errands.
Authorities report that Cook left without his medications and has been gone for an unusually long time.

Personal fireworks are known to negatively affect children, pets, and combat veterans. In addition, the wildfire danger is ever present. We encourage all to seek public fireworks shows, which will be more readily available than they were last year. However, those who use, possess, or transport any type of firework may be subject to criminal prosecution - or worse yet, painful and debilitating injury. Surrounding July 4th last year, LAFD responded to an additional 429 emergency incidents than the daily average. We implore you to celebrate safely and enjoy fireworks exclusively at public shows.
