Decorations may have gone up early this year, but the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra is arriving right on schedule with its performance Saturday of its “Memories of Holly and Ivy” Christmas concert.
Despite streaming online instead of being presented live, the family-friendly performance still will feature a variety of Christmas carols performed by orchestra members and guests, along with a visit from Santa Claus, said Garrett Allman, the symphony’s conductor and music director.
