Emergency services are treating a person north of Goomeri after the camper bus they were driving veered off the side of the Burnett Highway.
Paramedics are treating the patient at the scene of the crash which happened at Boonara just after midday Monday.
A QAS spokeswoman said the bus was towing a smaller vehicle when it crashed.
They were unable to confirm what injuries the person suffered, if any, but they were in a stable condition.

It is understood all persons involved suffered minor injuries.
INITIAL: Emergency services are responding to reports of a single-vehicle rollover on the Burnett Highway, south of Mount Morgan. The incident was reported near the Dee River bridge at Walmul about 10am. Initial reports suggest there were no entrapments. It is understood three people are currently being treated by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics for minor injuries. More to come.
Premium Content UPDATE 9.08AM: One man in his 20s was transported to Rockhampton Hospital this morning after his car rolled at Bouldercombe late last night. A QAS spokeswoman said the man was transported in a serious but stable condition with injuries to his arms and legs. UPDATE 6.31AM: Paramedics have located the vehicle and man involved in last night s single-vehicle rollover in the Gladstone region. The extent of his injuries were revealed during communications between responding officers and the QAS communications department. The man suffered a fractured left wrist and suspected right fractured shoulder. He also suspected lower tibia and fibula fractures on his left leg.
